January has just begun and are already hard at work

 

January has just begun and are already hard at work. We are carrying on many different activities. In the fields, we have started pruning the vines. In the cellar, we are racking so we can prepare the new blends. With our enologist Alessio Bandinelli and our agronomist Marco Pierucci we have tasted the new wines that are aging in barrique. Only the best barrels will be used in the new wines' blends. This as a very delicate and important moment that requires expertise and technical preparation. We will keep you updated on our decisions!
